About Harry

Harry graduated from Southern Cross University in June 2026 after completing five-years of Bachelors and Masters degrees. His approach to treatment is focused on understanding not only where someone is experiencing pain, but why it may be occurring in the first place.

Harry believes that effective treatment should look beyond short-term symptom relief and aim to identify the underlying factors contributing to pain, movement limitations, or recurring injuries. This may include assessing mobility, strength, posture, loading patterns, lifestyle demands, and the way the body is adapting to everyday activities or sport.

Harry has a strong interest in treating sporting injuries, postural concerns, headaches, neck pain, back pain, overuse injuries, and golf-related movement issues. He enjoys working with people who want to stay active, build confidence in their body, and better understand how to manage their pain long term.

Throughout your appointment, Harry may use a range of osteopathic techniques, including:

  • Soft Tissue Massage
  • Joint Mobilisation
  • Dry Needling
  • Taping
  • Exercise Rehabilitation
  • Stretching and Mobility Advice
  • Posture and Movement Education

Harry completed additional training in Dry Needling and RockTape courses, allowing him to incorporate these treatment strategies when appropriate. Harry is aiming to complete the TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) screening to better assist golfers and is also in the process of publishing his findings from his Masters Thesis.

A key part of Harry’s approach is education. He enjoys helping patients understand what may be contributing to their pain and what steps can be taken to improve it. By combining hands-on treatment with movement advice, and practical self-management strategies, Harry aims to help patients work towards long-term improvement rather than relying only on short-term relief.

Harry is passionate about continuing to learn and develop his skills as a practitioner. He values ongoing professional growth and is committed to building a treatment approach that is patient-centred, practical, and focused on sustainable results.

Outside the Clinic

Outside of Osteopathy, Harry enjoys golf, archery, fishing, and spending time outdoors.
